The ELT Blueline cable is a custom manufactured 6 core screened cable specially designed for the ELT
Conveyor Protection System. Apart from having 3 pairs of wires of differing diameters and colours, a pair
for the power supply, a screened pair for the communication channel and a pair for the loop
communications, the cable has specialized mechanical strengthening layers to allow for the cable to be
used as a pull wire rope.
