Scanbelt Spillage Detector

The ScanBelt Spillage Detector system monitors the return belt for any spillage from the feed belt or any other foreign objects that my fall onto the return conveyor.
The Spillage detector is mounted close to the return pulley and protects it from any objects jamming in the pulley and causing damage to the conveyor or structure. It detects material spillage on the return path of the conveyor belt. As the volume of the spillage material increases on the return path of the conveyor belt, a contactless mechanical switch is activated and will stop the belt.
The Spillage detector does not make any contact with the conveyor belt whilst the conveyor belt is operating within its limits.
